Service Administrator

Job Description


  • Work closely with service contractors on daily appointments and cash collection
  • Daily service appointment document reconciliation
  • Contract creation and management
  • Management reports compilation
  • Work closely with colleagues on Service Contract related matters
  • Create and manage Service Contracts and seeing to the invoicing and reconciliation
  • Perform data entry and simple reports analysis 
  • Update Policies & Procedures
  • Ad-hoc office administrative upkeep duties as assigned

Job Requirement


  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
  • Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays) work week
