Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate and schedule routine services with internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide support to Service Engineers/Technician
  • Generate and send quotation
  • Create and manage Work Order
  • Work with Finance/Sales/Admin team to follow up with customers for prompt payments
  • Work with Sales/Admin team on renewed/new project account creation
  • Generate/compile management report (when required)
  • Any other admin duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level
  • Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
