Service Sales Promoter (Contract)

Contracts due for renewal

  • Ensure 100% contract renewal rate with existing residential customers
  • Actively sending all renewal contracts 3mths before expiry date to customers 
  • Track and follow up promptly with existing customers to ensure contract are signed back before expiry date
  • Solicit feedback from customers for lost contracts
  • Upsell contracts with bundle packages such as 3 + 1 servicing contracts or IEQ

 

Existing customers

  • Proactively solicit feedback or needs from customers and offer resolution 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship to create opportunities for renewal contracts 
  • Listen to customer’s needs and offer customised quotation 
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance contracts for new sign-up

 

New Customers

  • Attend to enquiries from ah-hoc customer transferred from call centre
  • Prepare and send quotation to customers and pro-actively follow up for sign up

 

Any other duties as assigned by superior

 

 

Job Requirement

Job Requirement

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Experience with ACMV or HVAC systems is advantage
  • Sales Skills: Possessed strong sales skills including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Effectively communicate the value proposition of maintenance contracts to meet client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in networking, rapport-building, and customer relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze complex maintenance issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions is crucial. Troubleshoot problems efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Results Orientation: Diven by results and able to meet or exceed sales targets. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and grow revenue streams is highly valued.
