Service Assistant Engineer (Remote Monitoring System)

Job Description

• Project planning and preparation
• Project management in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork
• Liaise with vendor/suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements
• Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project initiation stage
• Liaise with clients on technical verification
• Attend to customers’ feedback and issues
• Arrangement and coordination for delivery
• On site installation verification
• Preparation of engineering drawings and documents
• Ensure all documentation (e.g. technical reports) are up-to-date and in order
• Prepare periodic progress report and feedback
• Perform risk assessment to minimize risk at job site
• Ensure jobs which are carried out comply with safety guidelines from the authorities

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience in project handling, preferably dealing with air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical skill
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
