Job Description

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify orders placed against packing receipts
  • Maintain detailed log/record of all receiving transactions
  • Tags, shelves and inventories items received 
  • Tracks inventories via computerized system and initiates orders for goods
  • Inventory management
  • Assist with placing orders and handling outgoing shipments
  • Attend to queries on stock where necessary 
  • Perform general office duties 

Job Requirement

  • 2 years' experience in warehousing or stock room environment preferred
  • Familiarity with computerized inventory tracking and tagging systems
  • Additional knowledge in engineering or aircon is an added advantage
  • Ability to operate the forklift will be an added advantage
  • Independent individual with a positive attitude who takes initiative and is able to work under pressure 
  • Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week with alternate Saturdays
