Job Description

  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints; recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
  • Perform servicing (maintenance), repairing (troubleshooting) and replacement (installation) of aircons where appropriate according to pre-established performance standards
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors.
  • Adhere to all safety precautionary measures while carrying out service assignments
  • Provide periodic progress report and feedback
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Job Requirement

  • Certificate/NITEC in any engineering related (Airconditioning & Refrigeration / Mechanical / Electrical)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in performing aircon repair, servicing, installation and replacement
  • Experience in Chiller or HVAC systems
  • Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
