Function in the capacity of a professional representative of the Company
Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
Discuss technical issues with customers, recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to issues raised
Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department

HNITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to work with both internal and external stakeholders
Resourceful, analytical and organized
Keeness to acquire knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems
Willing to perform on-site and hands-on activities
Keen interest to develop a career in air-con industry
