Job Description

  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls, recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
  • Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of technical experience in the related industry with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems
  • Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management knowledge
  • Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
