Job Description

  • Manage project enquiry system
  • Prepare management reports, forecast and budget
  • Perform and coordinate market research
  • Consolidate and manage data, prices and orders
  • Establish workflow to facilitate planning
  • Conduct project forecast

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year's experience in managing project enquiry system
  • Analytical and objective approach towards assessing project enquiries
  • Proactive and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Experience in air-conditioning industry and customer-facing roles will be an advantage
