Planning & Admin Executive

We are hiring a meticulous and analytical individual to support data management and analysis processes for our Regional team. You will be expected to request, consolidate and process data (such as sales and price data) from affiliates within the region, and present to team for further discussion.

• Preparation for sales planning activities - data consolidation, analysis, and reporting
• Create dashboards and prepare sales forecast for review
• Proactively follow up on outstanding submissions and documentations
• Identify gaps to propose to team in order to determine course of actions to take
• To establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation
• General administrative support to team
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

• Diploma in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• At least 2 years' working experience in similar capacity (data management and analysis, or sales planning)
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be advantageous
• Resourceful, self starter with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
• Some travel may be required to Asia Pacific region
