Organize marketing activities and promotional events for Service Business
Liaise with internal and external partners to align and executive campaigns effectively
CRM / Database marketing, prepare monthly newsletter and track performance
Social Listening & promote customer review
Analyze Warranty Data and prepare quarterly reports
Conduct periodic market research and prepare actionable reports
Stay abreast of the latest industry news, trends and innovations
Take on any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by superior

Degree in Business from a recognized university, majoring in Marketing
At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing or similar role will be considered favourably
Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
Organized, efficient and meticulous
Observant and analytical with experience in analyzing and interpreting data
Responsible and proactive
Great interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management, function independently and as part of a team
Manage relations and negotiate with vendors / partners
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting marketing data and/or statistics
Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Creative with an eye for design
Graphic design software skills or equivalent will be considered favourably
